Overview: The Office of Strategic Employee and Organization Development (OSEOD) presents a lecture style course geared towards writing effective Executive Core Qualification’s when applying for the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program (SESCDP). OSEOD hosted the course January 12, 1:30pm to 3:00pm in the Yates Auditorium. Those attending in person were afforded an additional 30 minutes to ask follow-up questions.
Speaker: Carol Harvey has devoted her career to improving leadership skills and opportunities for Federal supervisors, managers and executives. Carol trains and coaches potential executives on the Senior Executive Service (SES) application process and how to prepare effective Executive Core Qualifications. She conducts classes for Federal agencies, and has coached SES Candidate Development Program participants from the Department of Homeland Security, Secret Service, Transportation Security Administration, Department of Energy, and the Small Business Administration. She is a regular speaker for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the George Washington University executive programs. Carol has also coached hundreds of executives, managers, and supervisors on their 360 Inventory results and how to enhance their leadership skills.
