This virtual 3-workshop series, by the Arbinger Institute, provides a transformative and in-depth learning experience designed to equip you to become a mindset change expert for yourself and your team. Your mindset is how you see yourself and the world around you. With an outward mindset, we see others as people like ourselves, whose goals, objectives, needs, and challenges matter to us. When faced with personal ineffectiveness or lagging team performance, most of us instinctively look for quick-fix behavioral band-aids, not recognizing the underlying mindset at the heart of our most persistent people challenges. Through engaging and powerful frameworks, stories, and hyper-practical tools, this series of workshops will equip you to make the one change that most dramatically improves performance, sparks collaboration, and redefines & accelerates accountability – a shift to an outward mindset.
Workshop 1 Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (2-days) You will learn to use a variety of tools to increase self-awareness, implement and sustain an outward mindset, increase accountability, and improve collaboration. Check our this short video.
Workshop 2 Outward Leadership (1 day) You will apply what you learned in Workshop 1 and significantly advance your abilities to implement outward mindset ways of working within your team and organization. Learn more about Outward Leadership here.
You will be equipped with a suite of 38 practical tools to ensure that you and your team are working with an outward mindset.
Workshop 3 Outward Inclusion (1-day) You will engage in transformational conversations that will invite you to explore biases, scripts and mindsets.
