Plan an Event

The NIPTC facility is available for contract rental to Indian program related agencies and organizations for independent training, workshops, meetings and other Indian program related functions. All requests must be made to the NIPTC at least 45 days in advance of the event by completing the Reservation Form and e-mailing or faxing it to the NIPTC.

Cancellation Policy:

NIPTC Cancelled Classroom Reservations: The NIPTC reserves the right to cancel any event. If circumstances necessitate the cancellation of a room reservation by the NIPTC, our staff will notify the contact person by phone, e-mail or fax. A full refund will be given for all classroom reservations cancelled by the NIPTC.

Cancellations/Refunds/No Shows: Due to the high demand for the use of our classrooms along with the time required to reserve, confirm and configure the classrooms, we must have written notice of cancellation through either fax or e-mail three (3) business days prior to the start date of the event. A 10% service charge will apply for any group who does not show up as planned and has not confirmed their cancellation prior to the event start date.
