Course Description
This two-day elective course will help you be able to apply knowledge of monitoring and use it as a tool for moving forward. We will review substantial involvement, risk, risk assessment, internal controls, monitoring, site visits and monitoring techniques. By the end of this course, you will have a clear understanding of the functions, processes and requirements involved in the monitoring of Federal grants, cooperative agreements and contracts.

Payment is due at registration, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure payment is made. Your office will need to pay our tuition fee with an authorized government purchase card and not through EFT. We accept federally appropriated funds to pay the course tuition. Office of Employee Development (OED) cannot accept non-appropriated funds from the private sector nor personal payments. Our preferred method of payment is an authorized federal government credit card.
Cancellation Policy: Space in Office of Employee Development (OED) courses is limited. If you need to cancel, please provide written notification through email as early as possible. OED must receive the cancellation notification at least 15 business days in advance of the course start date. There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after the designated time or for no shows, and tuition fees are not transferable to another course.
OED will send a confirmation email with specific class information about one week prior to your class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class until you receive email confirmation from Tribal Consultation Staff
