Description
This course introduces the Federal budget process, the different types of authority, and basic controls and restrictions that limit the use of Federal resources. Course discussions will include: The Anti-Deficiency Act, appropriations and resource classifications, fundamentals of appropriations law, management discretion, and comptroller decisions and guidance.
