DESCRIPTION: This assessment helps you understand what motivates yourself and others, and how to leverage those motives to increase accountability, collaboration and innovation. Provides an inner perspective of how we each approach life when things are going well, as well as when we are pushed into conflict. The training also provides you with the tools to see how others act and react in the same situations.
OBJECTIVES: Aid employees in dealing with difficult inter-personal interactions. Self-awareness and external awareness are increased.
