Whether your workplace shifted toward hybrid, remote work or remained open, DOI University is excited to announce available seats in "Leading Hybrid Teams" course. This course enable employees to learn from others, develop new strengths, and to address any weaknesses. Employees will learn strategies for effectively leading teams virtually across distances, increase productivity and performance.
Live and remote meetings. In-person and video conferences. Office and teleworking. Virtual Business is now a hybrid of live and virtual teams working in an office atmosphere and over broadband. So how are manager and supervisors supposed to adapt? We will teach you how to effectively build and lead teams in both environments separately and combined. Your team can and will flourish whether they are down the hall or across town.

Who Should Attend: Sessions are open only to DOI employees and seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Register: Employees must complete registration in DOI Talent and obtain prior approval from their supervisor to participate in. Supervisors must approve registration in DOI Talent in a timely manner to guarantee employees a seat. Tuition payment doesn’t guarantee a seat in the class. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please use the deep links provided below to log in to DOI Talent and select an event to attend.
Tuition is $325 per student.
Work with your credit cardholder to ensure payment gets applied to the correct course and approved training dates. Payment for class without registering does not guarantee a spot in the class, you must be registered in DOI Talent.
