The Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP) is a 40-hour, on-demand, self-paced video and podcast series designed for Senior Executives, Senior Professionals (SL/ST), and aspiring GS-14/15s. It equips you to:
- Champion administration priorities
- Sharpen leadership capabilities
- Strengthen accountability
Topics include: Constitutional governance, leadership, rulemaking, appropriations, budget, human capital, technology, and policy.
Cost: $1,200 (DOI group discount)
Registration Deadline: March 6, 2026
Registration and Payment Steps:
- Register using the SEDP Registration Form for DOI GS-14/15s.
- Pay using on of the following options:
- Government purchase card for individual payments.
- Add to your organization’s group payment agreement with the Office of Employee Development (OED). Contact shari_hanscomb@ios.doi.gov to discuss this option.
- You must both register and pay for the class to complete the registration process with OED. OED will then coordinate registration and payment with OPM to secure your discounted access.
