Held amidst the awe-inspiring landscapes of the YMCA of the Rockies, this program recognizes the paramount importance of effective leadership at every level, emphasizing competencies that extend beyond technical and operational proficiency.

Our holistic approach, grounded in four essential pillars—leading self, others, business, and future—provides leaders with the tools to cultivate a profound understanding of their pivotal role in shaping the success of both their teams and the organization. By leveraging natural environments and elements, we create a space for participants to expand and express themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually. The Leadership Odyssey is not merely a program; it's an opportunity to embark on a journey towards becoming a truly impactful leader. The objectives of this program are:

Target Audience: This program is tailored for individuals in the early stages of their leadership journey or those who have recently assumed leadership responsibilities.

Location: YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado. Participants are responsible for their lodging, which also includes Breakfast and Lunch (room, $117 per night; meals $31.50). Lodging reservation information will be provided upon registration.
