By providing the CARE they crave, they’ll tap into their team’s discretionary effort and gain their appreciation. 

The CARE Simulation creates a safe environment for everyone to implement their new skills and garner immense self-awareness regarding how they show up at work. We inspire vast insights by engaging participants in direct, hands-on simulations designed to shine a spotlight on leadership and team blindspots and help build the confidence to wipe them out. Experiential exercises. Games. Breakouts to digest and discuss. High-tech reinforcement. We offer the hands-on tools proven to open eyes, encourage, re-wire, and reinforce, making CARE a permanent part of how your leaders lead. 

Course Content and Activities 

CARE Anywhere: Facilitated interactive experience that inspires leaders to empower their teams to thrive in the modern workplace. The CARE Experience shifts behavior based on our CARE model. It captures a set of daily habits that encourages self-awareness and improvement, helping leaders promote psychological safety and higher performance with their teams. 

  • C=CLARITY - Aligning others by fully communicating expectations and creating a shared understanding of success. 
  • A=AUTONOMY - Intentionally distributing and empowering appropriate ownership and self-direction. 
  • R=RELATIONSHIPS - Cultivating unique connections between individuals which encourage candor, trust, and collaboration. 
  • E=EQUITY - Adapting your support based on each person’s unique needs. 

Leadership Simulation: Real-time simulation to implement best practices, gain self-awareness, and apply their new skills. 

  • Immense insight into natural behavior tendencies and how to create more cognitive ease
  • Real-time feedback and coaching to establish key areas for continued growth
  • Individual development plans and commitments to build stronger workplace habits 

Outcomes: Participants will gain empathy and tools to identify what your team members need from you, maximize the psychological health of your team, integrate CARE with your existing organizational values, and pinpoint solutions you need to motivate your employees.

Because seating is limited, cancelations are only accepted 45 days before the cohort start date.  

Attendance 

Attendance at each day of the workshop is required for course completion.
